Devoks Information Technologies ("Devoks", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by Devoks, including but not limited to:
- Picture Word: Mosaic Puzzle
Additional games will be added under the same policy as they are released. App-specific variations, if any, are noted within this document.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data through our games:

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS, we ask for your permission via the ATT prompt before using your advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your device identifier.
4. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our games do not actively ask for age, but no personally identifiable data is collected from any user under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
5. Third-Party Services
Our games use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Since most of our data is anonymous, deletion may not be applicable to all data categories.
7. Data Retention
Anonymous analytics data is retained for 14 months (Firebase default). Crash reports are retained for 90 days. IAP transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
8. KVKK / GDPR Compliance
For users located in Turkey or the European Union, Devoks Information Technologies acts as the data controller. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data as set out in KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR.
