Sign-in with Company Accounts
Your users sign in to the cloud application with their company user names and passwords. The authentication request is passed to your Active Directory through the agent and the result is returned securely to the application.
No Inbound Ports Required
The agent establishes an encrypted, persistent outbound connection to the cloud application. You do not need to expose your Active Directory server to the internet or allow inbound connections on your firewall.
User and Team Synchronization
Users and teams are transferred from Active Directory to the cloud application at intervals you define. Teams are synchronized first and users second, so relationships are set up correctly.
Central Configuration
The search base, filters and field mappings are updated from the management panel and changes reach the agent immediately. You do not need to connect to the server for every configuration change.
Status and Health Monitoring
The agent reports its status at regular intervals. It reconnects automatically when the connection drops.
