1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by DEVOKS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ AR GE MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Devoks") as the data controller.

2. Personal data we process

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and the information you share in your message.
• Email or phone contact: your contact details and the content of our correspondence.
• Website visits: security logs kept by our infrastructure, such as IP address, browser information and time of visit.

Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to your requests, questions and applications
• Handling proposals and pre-contract discussions about our services
• Carrying out and recording communication activities
• Ensuring information security
• Meeting our legal obligations

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, by email and by phone.

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary for the data controller to meet a legal obligation (ç), and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, only for the purposes above, to the infrastructure providers we use: Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, Ireland) for delivering contact form emails, Microsoft 365 for email hosting, and Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare for hosting and securing the website. As these providers' servers are located outside Turkey, transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your data may also be shared with authorized public authorities where required by law. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

Contact form submissions and correspondence are kept for 2 years after your request is closed. If a contractual relationship is established, the retention periods required by the applicable legislation apply. At the end of the period, your data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

8. How to apply

You can send your request in writing, with information that identifies you, to our company address, or by email to [email protected] from the email address you previously shared with us. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
